Great South Bay Music Festival Shares Artist Lineup: Tedeschi Trucks Band, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Rebelution and More
Long Island’s largest four-day music and art event, the Great South Bay Music Festival, has released its annual artist lineup. Festivities will take place at Shorefront Park in Patchogue, N.Y., on July 7 through 10.
Following the postponement of the 2021 festivities, acts like Tedeschi Trucks Band and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead have been carried over from last year’s lineup. New additions include Grouplove, Steel Pulse, Galactic featuring Anjelika Jelly Joseph, Los Lobos and more.
Each day will be a curated experience taking attendees through a series of genres anywhere from rock to hip hop. Thursday’s lineup features indie giants Grouplove, Manchester Orchestra and Bayside. Friday will include reggae-infused acts Rebelution and Steel Pulse alongside Oogee Wawa, Sublime tribute group Badfish and Bumpin Uglies.
Saturday’s lineup will feature heavy-hitters from the jam scene, including headliner Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Galactic, moe., Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, The Weight Band and Aqueous. The final day will feature Tedeschi Trucks Band, Los Lobos and Gabe Dixon.
